At the integrity warning education conference for group leaders and cadres, Wei Hongwen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the group, gave a collective talk on integrity. Wei Shuji put forward specific requirements for group leaders and cadres to manage the party, govern enterprises, and start businesses from four aspects:

One is to maintain absolute loyalty and be a politically determined 'understanding person'. To consolidate the foundation of faith and strengthen theoretical armed forces.

The second is to uphold the spirit of protecting and promoting enterprises, and to be the "responsible person" in managing the party and governing enterprises. To firmly shoulder the main responsibility, strengthen action consciousness, compact supervision, strengthen supervision effectiveness, and strengthen supervision, discipline, and accountability.

The third is to maintain a clean and upright heart, and be a strict and disciplined "person". We must maintain the "bottom line" of being a person, not step on the "red line" of the system, and not touch the "high-voltage line" of discipline and law.

The fourth is to maintain a pragmatic and enterprising spirit, and be a good "leader" in work and entrepreneurship. We must have a strong sense of responsibility, a good style of work, and a strong ability to work hard.

On site education on 'clean governance'. In order to enhance the effectiveness of warning education, the group has opened warning education classrooms to prison sites, educating and guiding leading cadres to understand awe, be cautious, and keep the bottom line. Leaders and cadres collectively visited the exhibition hall of Guangxi Clean Government Education Base and the scene of prisoners serving their sentences, experiencing the high wall life of prisoners up close; On site, I heard the inmates present themselves and felt the deep remorse and loss of freedom in their hearts.

The leaders and cadres who participated in the warning education were deeply touched. It is unanimously believed that the warning education is thought-provoking and deeply educated.
